Besides making recruiting easier for you, another mission for us is to bring the best jobs to the professionals in Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro.

How we work?
1. Define the needs
You tell us your ideal candidate you're looking for, years of experience, skillset, mindset, language etc.
2. On the search for your people
Within our pool of resumes and through our external search we reach for the best match and filter the candidates. We conduct the first round of interviews then schedule you an interview with the candidate.
3. Onboarding
After the initial selection you get to interview and check which candidates you're brining onto your team. We handle payroll, insurance, benefits, legislation. You focus on managing your new teammate and growing your company.
